JW Architecture was engaged to renovate Cathedral Preparatory School’s existing pool and locker rooms in anticipation of their 2022 merger with Villa Maria Academy, forming a unified Catholic, coeducational, college preparatory school.

The former pool area was repurposed into two new spaces: a modern fitness room and a dedicated dance studio. The locker rooms were updated to create separate male and female changing areas, complete with restrooms. Additionally, the wrestling room was renovated to include showers, enhancing the overall functionality and appeal of the facility for the newly merged institution.
