ERIE YACHT CLUB - PHASE TWO

Phase Two of the Erie Yacht Club renovations focused on enhancing the Grill Room, creating additional seating and improved views of the bay. The covered outdoor patio was also expanded to the east and west, enhancing the waterfront experience.

A new lobby was introduced to the south, serving as a welcoming gathering space and direct entrance to the Grill Room and bar. This new area features a small clerestory that invites ample natural light. The Ballroom underwent a significant expansion of approximately 25%, with the installation of barn doors providing a seamless connection to the Grill Room. Additionally, the restrooms were renovated and expanded to accommodate greater capacity, complete with separate semi-private shower areas for added convenience.
