JW Architecture was commissioned to design a private residence on the bluff overlooking Presque Isle Bay. Given the compact lot size, parking garages occupy most of the first-floor square footage. However, a strategically positioned in-law suite takes full advantage of the stunning waterfront views, located at the northern portion of the ground level.

A centered entryway leads to a staircase that ascends into a spacious great room, which also houses the kitchen. This impressive great room features two-story views that are truly breathtaking, complemented by a small mezzanine that elegantly hangs from the upper roof—an experience that must be seen to be appreciated. The large master bedroom suite adjoins the great room, offering its own spectacular views of the lake, while the remainder of the second floor includes a guest bedroom, laundry area, and bathroom.
