Jason's journey in Erie’s design community began in high school when he took on a part-time role at Millcreek’s Weborg Rectenwald Buehler Architects in 1997. After graduating from Kent State University with dual Bachelor’s degrees, he spent several years working with various iterations of the Rectenwald firm, which eventually transitioned to Cleveland’s Bostwick Design Partnership.

At Bostwick, Jason sharpened his design skills, honed his project management expertise, and built strong connections within Erie’s construction community. After more than two decades in the design industry, both in Erie and Cleveland, he recognized a unique opportunity for a new architectural services provider in Erie’s market.

Driven by a passion for quality architectural services and inspired by the support of the local construction community, Jason founded JW Architecture & Design in 2020. Since then, he has been dedicated to serving the tri-state region around Erie, PA, bringing innovative design solutions to life.

In his free time Jason enjoys coaching baseball and basketball, hiking, biking, and spending time with his family.
